 abstract={On the Ist May 2004 Poland became part of the European Union. Now Polish companies may buy securities and sell own in the EU without any barrier. Unfortunately in Polish accountancy law, record and measurement of foreign securities are too complicated. There are not any economic reasons for such solutions.
