Oskara Langego we Wrocławiu}, language={pol}, abstract={The volume of Polish export has been growing for last few years, nevertheless it is still not satisfying. Polish exporters try to gain new clients on international markets, but the competition is very strong. To beat rivals entrepreneurs need to present interesting offer, offer that is better than those resented by it's competitors. In developed countries businessmen can count on their governments, which offer systems of promoting export. Polish system of promoting export has been based on systems that work successfully in other countries. In Poland responsible for promoting export is Ministry of Economy, Labour and Social Policy. It offers a range of programs and solutions: refund of costs connected with participation in trade fairs and national exhibitions abroad, participation in trade missions, refund of costs connected with obtaining certificates that are required abroad, support of activity of Economic and Commercial Departments of the Embassies and Consulates of the Republic of Poland, support of publishing leaflets, magazines, catalogues in polish and other languages, cooperation with Instytut Koniunktur i Cen Handlu Zagranicznego (collecting information for Polish exporters about foreign markets), program Akademia Handlu Zagranicznego, Domy Polskie and many others. Although a big range of programs polish exporters are not satisfied with the help they get. Very often companies, especially small and medium ones, don't know much about programs and solutions offered by Ministry of Economy and Labour. The system of information about programs is very weak. Another problem - even if exporters are aware of programs, they don't find them interesting and useful. Programs simply don't fulfill exporter's needs. Also a big problem is amount of money for promoting Polish export reserved in budget - it is definitely not sufficient for needs. The task for government is to find solutions that would help Polish exporters to win in competition on international markets. It should use the small amount of money we have for projects that are the most effective and useful for Polish exporters.}, title={Działalność Ministerstwa Gospodarki, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej w zakresie promocji polskiego eksportu}, type={artykuł}, }
