Oskara Langego we Wrocławiu}, language={pol}, abstract={Hereby article represents another contribution to the open debate evolving around two fundamental questions raised by the author regarding commitment towards rational choices theory in the light of Polish membership in the EU. 1.Are benefits from Poland's membership in the EU subjected merely to participation within single, common market, monetary union or custom union? 2. Does the idea of two different EUs (so called Union of two velocities (speeds) extends only to the degree of theoretical speculations or represents practical necessity caused by the need of diminishing a technological gap between EU and the US (according the to message of 2000 Lisbon EU declaration)? The questions raised above relate to the core matters of lost opportunities costs as the direct result of Polish membership in the EU. Thereby the article focuses on the following issues: Lack of structural adjustment of Polish economy towards the rest of the EU 15; Separation of Poland, as integral part of Europe (so called destructive effect of custom union), from global international environment, with the latter providing larger area than the EU for expansion of rational choices both for consumers and producers. Therefore the content of the article sums up to the analysis of causality chain inflicted by lost opportunity cost as well as the narrowing the scope of rational choices resulted from European integration, as oppose to the rest of the world. }, title={Zarządzanie ryzykiem w kontekście racjonalnych wyborów ekonomicznych Polski w ramach integracji europejskiej oraz w świecie - wybrane aspekty}, type={artykuł}, }
