 abstract={The concept of reinsurance can be found in the Polish law regulations in reference to insurance and is considered to be an indirect type of insurance. Apart from the Act about operations in insurance, there are important decrees of the Ministry of Finance concerning: the reinsurance risks of foreign insurance companies, - the method of calculating and amount of a solvency margin, - the minimum guaranteed capital for every kind of reinsurance activities. Nowadays the Polish law concerning international transfers is a bit complicated. Limits and restrictions make creating reinsurance systems and conducting international insurance programmes in Poland difficult.},
