This uniqueness is reflected in the impact of such factors as time deficit, lowered control levels, conflicts of interests, high uncertainty and risk levels, complexity of interrelated problems, external pressures, lowered competitiveness or imbalanced state of organizational authority. In essence, crisis management methodology is a set of consecutive actions aimed at anticipating, counteracting and overcoming a crisis, and at reducing its negative consequences. It covers research, analytical and organizational measures. Crisis management methodology should not be only seen as the search for concrete variants of organizational behavior, as this system covers all functions, roles and powers associated with active leadership.}, title={Metodyka zarządzania antykryzysowego}, type={artykuł}, }
