 abstract={The paper consists of the prognosis of financial indicators' values which can be used in planning the cooperative banks' business activities in Poland. According to estimated values of financial ratios, some prognoses for cooperative banks condition seem hopeless; the potential efficiency and solvency ratios show higher values when compared to actual ones, whereas both ratio of operational costs to net assets and ratio of personnel costs to net assets suggest lower values in the future. Nevertheless, the prognosed results for financial indicators reveal potential harmful phenomena such as decreasing ratios of financial liquidity and rising ratio of irregular loans to total gross loans.
