Abstrakt:

Since 1989 Poland is under economic and political transition. This study deals with the influence of the activity of multinational corporations and their global investment strategy on the investments within the Legnica Special Economic Zone in Poland, in connection with the Polish government activity. The first part is about trends, which appeared in global economy after World War II. This part including some information about trends of globalisation. The second part deals with the activity and co-operation of multinational corporations with many countries, free market economy, in the field of economic development. In the third part I brought in some information about the Poland's activities in specific spheres, like public support. Especially I focused on some issues, such as Polish law and governmental strategy in Poland. The fourth part deals with the corporation's activity in Legnica Special Economic Zone. Inter alia I put here some data about investors from Japan, Germany and other western countries and the range of foreign investments. What is more I described their activity for LSEZ enlargement and the idea for building of globalisation and the whole world co-operation in connection with the Polish government activity for unemployment reduction. In part five, I'm describing the influence of the political and economic key indicators on the investors choices in the context of ten years' functioning polish law for special economic zones. Especially I described the issues of information and promotion of the corporation decisions. Investors' experiences, corporations expectations and European Union requirements had made a big impact on the works of the Polish Parliament, especially on the legislation process of many regulations which have been implemented in Poland since 1994. I also described international corporation results of investments within LSEZ. To assume, I put forward my conclusions based on my own research. In my opinion, the global investment strategy has big influence on the international corporation activity in Polish special economic zones, including investments within LSEZ.
